History
Texeract Dimensio Limited emerged as a result of the acquisition of Sykes EnergiProjekts Limited, an engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning EPCIC company that was first incorporated in 1990 as Sykes Holding & Investment Company (Nig.) Limited under the Company and Allied Matters Acts of 1990 (CAMA 1990).
The company commenced business in 1993, offering comprehensive and integrated services in engineering, building, design, construction, project management, trade and supply in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. In order to reposition the company to be focus driven, its engineering activities were in 2005 incorporated into a new company, Sykes EnergiProjekts Limited.
With over two decades in operation, Texeract intends to be a leading Nigerian EPCIC company providing safe, quality and complex projects in Nigeria's industrial revolution.

Texeract Dimensio Limited is an indigenous company, duly registered with the CAC, Corporate Affairs Commission in Nigeria in accordance with Allied Matters Act 2020, to operate and offer services in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Installation and Project Management primarily for the hydrocarbon sector in Nigeria.
Our integrated services provide a one-stop-shop approach for all project needs, from design to completion. Our project orientation focuses on delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. We engage technical expertise with our team of experienced engineers, project managers, and construction professionals with specialized skills and knowledge.
We also ensure community relations and safety handles. Our management team is made up of seasoned and tested professionals with vast experience in inter-related engineering disciplines. Our approach to solving engineering problems includes innovative solutions borne from research and far-reaching consultations. We consider tasks, challenges, cost evaluation, and resource allocation to employ the best deliverable approach, with quality and service orientation to our clients.
We engage EPCM projects in different geographical locations across Nigeria for efficient service delivery, providing turnkey solutions. We support offerings with after-sales and maintenance services as well as training for staff on the general and peculiar professional scope for facility maintenance, management and equipment use.

Efemena Anaide
Managing Director / CEO
Efemena is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years industry experience in the upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, banking and finance and energy projects covering diverse disciplines including engineering/project management, IT, business planning/economics and capital sourcing.
He graduated with an Electrical Electronics Engineering degree from the Federal University of Technology Owerri in 1994 and has attended numerous training programmes. He is an alumni of PWC, NB Plc, Goldman Sachs, Conoil, UBA Plc and AITEO Energy Limited.
Total oil and gas deals, investments and advisory is in excess of US$20.0Bn. Efemena is proficient in AUTOCAD, Siemens SIMATIC Step 5 and 7, and is skilled in JavaScript, Python and CSS.
Arafat Olayinka Balogun
Chief Compliance Officer
Arafat Olayinka Balogun holds an A.B. in Politics and Public Affairs from the University of Miami, a J.D. in Law, and an M.A. and LLM in Corporate Finance and Taxation from the University of Virginia. She is licensed to practice law in Virginia and Nigeria.
Arafat has had a rewarding career in law, compliance and banking spanning about 25 years, most of which were with UBA Group, where she was the pioneer Chief Compliance Officer.
She has expertise in corporate finance, energy finance and aviation, and currently provides legal and advisory services to several local and multinational companies. Total oil and gas deals, investments and advisory is in excess of US$18.0Bn.
Robo Ogbu
Chief Financial Officer
Orobosa Igbu is an oil and gas / renewable finance expert providing, over the last 19 years, investment advisory, business development and strategy, deal origination and execution, operations and technical assistance with global and local companies.
He has provided technical assistance, capacity building and strategic support to investors, project developers and businesses in Nigeria and across Africa.
Robo established and developed the IFC's (World Bank Group) Sustainable Energy Finance (SEF) programme in Nigeria for almost five years. Robo holds an MBA in International Business from Brandeis University, USA, a B.Sc. degree in Agriculture from the University of Benin, and is a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Germany.

Edwin Oghotuoman
GM (Engineering)
Edwin is a seasoned Civil Engineer with 20 years of progressive experience in the construction and engineering industry across Nigeria. His extensive background encompasses engineering leadership, project management, compliance liaison, quality supervision and strategic implementation for both residential and industrial construction projects.
Previously, as the Head of Construction Business for SYKES Engineering Projekts Ltd, he supervised production and delivery, institutionalizing processes to transform the company into a learning organization.
Edwin spearheaded end-to-end project management and served as a field supervising Civil/Building engineer for the oil and gas industries. He has a master's degree in engineering from the University of Benin.
Kenneth Ndubuisi
Chief HSE Officer
Kenneth leads the Service Quality, Continuous Improvement and Health, Safety and Environment functions. He holds a PhD in Maritime Science from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and is a member of the company's Executive Committee.
Kenneth joined Texeract in 2024 as a continuous improvement leader and has served in multiple manufacturing plant operations manager and supply chain roles in Angola, Nigeria and Ghana.
His experience includes companies such as Conpetro, Conoil Plc, Ghana Interlink Limited and Sykes Engineering Ltd, Ghana. Kenneth is an experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams.
Toka Emore
Technical Director
Toka brings almost 30 years of engineering experience from managing manufacturing operations and maintenance activities to mechanical offshore projects. Key areas of competence are cost management, continuous improvement, quality and workplace safety management using TPM methodology.
He is a result-oriented manufacturing operations manager with practical experience in the management of manufacturing and maintenance operations in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.
He is a strong advocate of cross-functional teams and TPM methodologies to improve plant efficiencies and lead teams to achieve high productivity, continuous process improvements, quality products and safer work environments. He communicates and relates with people effectively and makes critical decisions during challenges.
He earned his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Benin and his Master's degree in Construction from the University of Ibadan.
